Michigan State enters 2020 looking to bounce back from a .500 season in 2019 when the Spartans failed to qualify for the
NCAA Division I volleyball tournament
for the second year in a row. Going in to her 16th season, Coach Cathy George will need to fill significant roles on the roster as the leading scorer and setters on the team from last season have graduated. Returning players Naya Gros, Alyssa Chronowski, Molly Johnson, Elena Shklyar and Jamye Cox may have big shoes to fill, but they proved in 2019 that they are up for the challenge. Newcomers Celia Cullen, Sarah Franklin and Lia Moore hope to earn time on the floor for the Spartans as well. Big Ten rival
Wisconsin
was the national runner-up in the 2019 championship match and will be hungry to return. Get your Michigan State Spartans women's volleyball tickets at StubHub.
